Terms and Conditions of Attending a Course with us.

Signing Up To and Accessing the Course

Customers can sign up for our courses via our website. Alternatively, customers should request an invoice for payment by emailing Emily Jeavons (ejeavons@iqi.com.au) at least one week prior to the commencement of the course.

Customers must pay for the course before being accepted on the course.

Once payment has been made, customers will receive a calendar appointment with the course details, and physical address should that be relevant.

Customers understand that ticking a box indicates acceptance of that specific term.

Discount Codes

Importantly, if you have a discount code from us, you will not share that code with any other party interested in registering for the course.

Services

We will provide you with our agreed services, including access to the course physical location or online location, an Outlook appointment that you should add to your calendar, and any workbooks or training resources that accompanies the course. We will also provide you with an online link to register for the ScrumInc examinations associated with your course. You will have 30 days to complete these examinations, and failure to do so will result in you receiving no certification. We will offer follow on services such as community membership, coaching and further training with us.

Payment and Cancellation

Payment is in AUD, and the course must be paid for prior to the beginning of the course. The customer will not be given access to the course if they have not paid upfront. You understand that we use third parties, namely Stripe and Paypal to process funds.

You can cancel the course and request a refund up until 3 days before the course commences by emailing us/contacting us on our website, and a refund will be offered.
