Leadership Coaching Program
Coaching Program Design and Inclusions
The coaching program is designed to support leaders in their growth by improving a few critical behaviours and associated beliefs that will enhance their effectiveness and how they serve the growth of themselves and others. The program spans 12 months, featuring a virtual 1-hour coaching session each month. Additional calls and conversations can be arranged between sessions at no additional charge within reason.

Focus on the ideal behaviours and associated beliefs that enable these.

Feedback gathering.

DISC or Insights Report (Drivers and Fear Frame Exploration).

360-degree survey (if applicable or not recently conducted; additional cost if needed).

Identification of Key Behaviours

Focus on the few behaviours needed to become an even better leader, the leader they want to be in the future.

Alignment with Belief System

Exploration of how the identified behaviours align with the leader’s belief system and their importance.

Ongoing Progress Support

Monthly coaching sessions to support continued progress, including a rating system to measure improvement in focus behaviours and beliefs.

Coaching sessions will also address challenges and impediments to personal improvement and role performance, providing monthly support to help leaders navigate these issues and align with the organization’s strategy and culture.

The coaching program is flexible and can be terminated or renewed at any time for ongoing support. We believe that every senior role benefits greatly from a neutral, external quality coach.
