Continuous Improvement: Green Belt

Service Description

This Green Belt training is a 4-day course, certified by the Lean Competency System and Cardiff University. Being held at: Winson Group Address: 56 Ingleston Road Wakerley QLD 4154. Dates – Monday 4th March 2024, 11th March, 18th March, 25th March Timing: 0900-1700 or 9 am – 5 pm It is suitable for anyone involved in continuous improvement within their organisation looking to learn and improve their skills and qualifications. The topics covered are: Module 1: Introduction to Continuous Improvement Module 2: Analysing the Problem Module 3: Planning and Delivery Module 4: Tools and Methods Module 5: Sustainable Continuous Improvement Participants will submit a short case study of a workplace project of solving a problem forever.
