PURPOSE OF COMMUNITY

The purpose of the community is to connect leaders, improvement practitioners and our global experts together ongoing to help each other sustain and achieve our excellence journeys and create a better future.

WHO SHOULD ENGAGE

Leaders and improvement practitioners looking to achieve excellence within their organisations and amazing results. Leaders and people involved in creating or implementing continuous improvement and innovation within their organisation or team. If you are looking to progress your skills in Enterprise Excellence through our world's experts and potentially become one yourself. Anyone keen to support implementing a continuous improvement and innovation culture within their team or organisation and support others on the same journey.

COMMUNITY APPROACH

The communities goal is to help more people and organisations sustain and achieve an Excellence journey within their organisation or others.

The Structure of the community events are:

1. Firstly Optimise your time using our time optimisation program. 2. Utilise the Enterprise Excellence Community Maturity Index or your own. 3. Engage virtually and learn from one of our world's experts for the first hour of each

months community meeting. 4. Break into small teams and engage in a Scrum to support each other's journeys

during the second hour of each months community meeting 5. Conduct a quarterly review and retro to keep the journey focused and improving. 6.Engage outside of the community to support each other further. 7. Gain info & resources from the communities resource centre & LinkedIn Group.

It is important to note that each trainees' first-course purchase provides Six Months of free entry into the community. Potential new members can join one community meeting for free.
